I have the following requirement with our preferred vendor. Please do let me know if you have any one suitable for the below position.

 

Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Locals Only….)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Rate: $45-48/hr C2C (Not Negotiable)

 

This function is predominantly involved in developing business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value. - Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assesses, interprets, and analyzes customer needs and requirements. Serves as a resource to others.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.
• Translates concepts into practice.
• Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
• Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others.
• Acts as a resource for others with less experience.

Qualifications:
• 3 yrs experience in PL/SQL developing with Oracle and/or TOAD required
• 2 yrs experience with Crystal Reports (version 11) required
• 2 yrs experience in Business Analysis/gathering requirements
• 2 yrs experience with client relations/customer service
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
• Background in Healthcare is a plus
• SAS experience is a plus
• Project Management experience is a plus
