Experience in web development and delivery, of which predominantly must be with Domino. An understanding of Web Services in a Domino environment. Experience of developing Notes Client based applications. Experience of Domino administration in a mixed Notes Client and web delivery environment. Exposure to iterative development cycles, unit testing frameworks and continuous integration will be a plus
