o Knows what is a tool free design.
oWell aware about the performance monitor tool available in Win2K Pro.
o Should know how to service HP EVO and Dell Optiplex desktops which
have tool free design
Should know how to recover Win2K Pro and XP Pro desktops from crash
situations
Should know how an Exchange setup works
Should know how LANs are built
Should know how to configure Microsoft Outlook and how to recover
Outlook related files
Should know how Network Printers work.
Should know how Group Policies work
Should know the hardware architecture of desktops available today
