E2E Project Management
Brief Job Description:
1. The duty station is India. Frequent travel abroad is required
2. The project manager is responsible for project management of
application and software engineering project delivery, including
making the project plan, executing the project plan, controlling and
monitoring the project, achieving the goal of the project.
3. Independently manage projects with high risk and complexity
ensuring final delivery to meet customer’s expectations of Time and
Quality.
4. Ensure project complete within budget by efficient cost controlling
and internal and external resources management.
5. Acts as primary project interface to the customer ensuring good
customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship.
6. Shares project experience and knowledge of project management
provide project management consultation to regional PMO and training
to junior staff members.
7. Can demonstrate a proven track record of success in above criteria.
Essential Skills required:
1. Fluent English, including listening, speaking, reading and writing
2. Good skills of customer communication, interpersonal communication,
and team-work spirit
3. Excellent Plan and Execution Capability
4. Understand the customer’s requirements, and good skills of change
control management
Additional skills required (if any):
1. The basic knowledge of the telecom VAS, BSS/OSS, Billing system, IN, etc
2. PMP or coequal certificate is preferred
3. Computer or communication education record is preferred
Minimum qualification required:
1. Bachelor degree above
Minimum experience required:
1. More than 5 years software or telecom industry working experience
2. More than 2 years project management experience
